All organizations regulated by OSHA, must conduct evaluations to identify and mitigate hazards in the workplace.
Under the General Duty Clause 5(a)(1), all companies are required to provide a safe and healthful workplace.
These hazards must be evaluated to determine whether engineering, administrative or personal protection measures should be implemented.
